The Vice Chancellor for Administration serves the Higher Education Policy Commission and the Community and Technical College System of West Virginia - performing functions necessary to carry out the policy directives of both bodies and others prescribed by state law, along with following state and national education trends and gathering data on higher education needs, among other duties.
