About
The Division of Human Resources administers human resources-related functions for the Higher Education Policy Commission and Community and Technical College System of West Virginia. The office provides strategic support for system institutions with the preeminent goal of attracting, empowering and retaining a high-quality workforce across the state's campuses. The division works toward this mission through the management of employee services, benefits, and personnel policies and procedures.
